What Is EverLashed’s Return Policy?

Here at EverLashed, customer service is our number one priority. We want every customer to be satisfied with every product that’s being purchased through our website. If for any reason you are not happy with any of your items that you have purchased, you may return them within 30 days for a full refund as long as those such items are unopened or unused. However any items that have been opened or used will not be refunded. All refunds will be credited back to the original payment method that was used. In addition, Everlashed is not responsible for covering any of the shipping costs.

For damaged or defective products please contact us via email and we will gladly send out a new product to replace the item(s) in question. All products purchased after 30 days are non-refundable.
